Your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to make it right. Please read our policy below before initiating a return.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
- Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.
- Consumable products (e.g., coffee beans, ground coffee) are non-returnable once opened.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@olyesti.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at support@olyesti.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
