• Pour-Over / Drip: 1:15 coffee-to-water ratio, 200°F water — highlights the sweetness and clarity
• French Press: 4-minute steep for a fuller, rounder body
• Cold Brew: 12–18 hours for a smooth, naturally sweet concentrate
• Espresso: Pull at 9 bars, 25–30 seconds — reveals the chocolate and caramel depth
